This policy explains what happens to your details when you use this site.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. If you use an enquiry form, we collect the name, contact details and description of the premises that you give us.
- Emails. If you email us, we hold that email and our reply.
- Basic usage data. Standard web server and analytics information such as pages viewed and approximate location, which does not identify you personally.
What we do with it
Enquiry details are passed to fire risk assessors covering your area so they can quote. That is the whole purpose of the form and it is why we ask.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list. We pass the enquiry on and nothing else happens to it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to pass them on and to deal with any follow-up, then deleted. Emails are kept while the matter is open.
Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
- You can ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
- You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
